I use an in attic Radio Shack TV antenna of some vintage. No rotor, R6 Quad Shield cable and a coax amp. Works great in my location and this kind of $25 antenna is often recommended and can be returned if you don't like it.My friend uses a Fanfare or MD, can't remember which, for $100 and he likes that. Not the same neighborhood, though.
