Home Radio Road

Which tuner to get and getting the most from it. Thank God, for the radio!

I agree!

After months of trying different antennas, I have come to the conclusion the antenna plays a BIG part it how your tuner sounds. You can have a nice tuner but a very good antenna will raise the level of performance on the tuner. I can hear differences on stations that have good signal readings and slight rotor movement changes it from good sound to something really nice.

The Rhombic would be the best choice IF you have the space for it. I'm still thinking of a way to get mine back up high enough with a rotor to be able to get great reception and good stability that the antenna is mounted on. Even with it at a not so good height I was still pulling in stations from LA when I last had it up.
