I was wondering if you all know of a way to get an ebay seller to live up to his seller's contract at an auction's end. I need a replacement tube tester and I won a decent one on ebay. But the shipping cost seemd excessive so I ask the seller if that was correct in case there was a mistake. He said he would check on it..and 8 hours later he sends me a lame letter about this and that regarding shipping and weights and then cancels the auction! I appealed via the usual procedure but got some automated AI response finding nothing wrong. Anyone knows away around ebay that can get me to at least deal with a real person? thanks for the help
