Swapped Output Tubes

After letting the tubes cool down, I swapped the output tubes left to right. Now the left channel is running higher at 46mA and the right lower at 42mA. Not the 55mA 35mA difference there was before. Weird.

The stand-by switch I included works great. Drops the B+ to 12.5V when engaged. It's part of the FET cap. multiplier following the main reservoir cap. Also, when the amp is first turned on the amp remains in stand-by for 30s and the B+ comes up without a pop.
