NOVICE SRPP problem please help




Dear Gentlemen,

Good to see this forum

I want to build a 6922 SRPP with bypass cap, the diagram as follow

My question:

I want the output taken from bottom triode plate and the voltage MUST be 70V because it is going to direct DC connect to next stage having the input impedance of 100K

If I want to have the maximum voltage gain, so what is the value of Ra and B+

Can this SRPP provide something like gain of 30? or whatever maximum possible， Thanks you
