Ask Jan First sells the original AZ11 and AZ12 socket, the Y8, in "used cleaned" condition. AJF also sells a Y10 of unknown origin, but with "improved contacts".
The Y10 is also available from AudioRöhrenTechnik. According to the website it's "aus eigener Fertigung". ART actually manufactures a variety of difficult to source European sockets. The website is well worth a visit if you are in trouble.
