I should have thought to mention above but alas I didn't. Typically you need to derate the transformer's kva by 50% when wired for balanced power. I like to run at no more than 50% capacity. So I'd advise four times the kva of the required load.CJ and I have the advantage that if we wire our equipment for 240VAC we get balanced power for free from the electic company. CJ likes that better than using a transformer. I like the transformer but mine is over rated compared to CJ's by at least a 3:1 factor.
