Since you have the specs, you could try Transcendar Transformers, they are in Hollister, Ca. the owners name is Gery Gaetani. Shoot him an e-mail and ask for a quote, give him the specs and maybe the physical size of the original transformer and maybe he can make you an exact duplicate of the original. I have two DIY monoblock amplifiers that uses his transformers made to my specs and a power transformer for a pre-amp I got from e-bay, and they are very well made and reasonably priced.
