You could Google "rebuild transformer" and see what you come up with. But since there probably isn't anything special about the power transformer, it will probably be a lot cheaper to find a suitable substitute. Check sources like Mouser and maybe even manufacturers like Hammond. Getting transformers rebuilt is expensive, so I'd try to sub. But another question is why the transformer failed. In preamps they're not haevily stressed and usually last forever. Is there another problem in the preamp that caused the failure like a shorted secondary?
