Here are some tips for portable cassette players
1. Use Graphene contact enhancer on headphone contacts and battery end caps.
2. Tape Alpha E Card to back of cassette player. Ooops, is it out of production? :-)
3. Use home freezer technique for player and headphones. 48 hrs.
