1, 2, Many people would chose the 105 degree cap, same goes for the bypassing.
3, The bypass caps are small, so just hang or solder it to the big filter caps connections.
4, If you have the skills to do the job change the output board caps to. I'm sure the Black Gate's are Ok for those positions as well. Miklos
