If you peruse the big lytic manufacturers, you will find that the big can types, any composition, have capacitance that drops quickly in the audio range..typically dropping to half value in the 5 to 10K freq range.And that drop is also dependent on how they measure them..
The physical size of lytics and big film stuff make for lots of frequency funnies..
