PS Tranny design vs. rectifier scheme

Hi all,
When designing 3300VCT tranny for the PS of my amp I came along the following problem: either stress the tranny (B=1.6T, j=2.5A/mm^2) and make it 2 phase or relax it (B=1.2T, j=1.3A/mm^2) and make the supply bridge rectified. What would you choose?
