I'm using a modified Behringer DCX2496. I must have DC blocking caps at their outputs to the amplifiers. Is there any technical reason to not install them in the amplifiers instead of in the DCX? There is so little space in the DCX for 'audiophile' caps.
The output of the DCX is through a 6x10k potentiometer and the amplifiers (3) have 50 or 100k potentiometers at the inputs. Cables are around 3 feet long.
