Resistor identification

I have a chocolate-brown resistor which is 15Mohms, 0.5% tolerance that I need to identify (manufacurer). Dimensions are 9.5 x 3.5 millimeters, the shape is perfectly cylindrical with sharp edges, the surface seems painted with laquer, resulting in a matt appeareance. I ignore the dissipated power, maybe 0,5 or 1 Watt maximum. The contact terminals are beefy. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
