I. It is only necessary to adjust Offset to 0 Volts plus or minus
50mv.

2. Don't replace a cap until you have a clear instance of a failure.
It is absolutely foolish to replace caps unless you know they are bad. Out of some 40 22xx pieces I refurbished in the last two years only 3(THREE) actually needed one or more caps replaced.
