why shielded? If your arm tube is metallic, I don't figure why you need a shielded cable.
Instead, just twist separately 2 pairs of AWG#30 or #28 teflon or extruded ETFE electrolytic silver plated annealed copper wire.
You can use good quality wire-wrap, see references below. It's advantage is, once twisted, will stay in this position without creating a torque to untwist it.
