Is it possible to replace each of these with any of the following? :
International Rectifier 8A 600V HEXFRED DiodeÂ
Epitaxial Diode (trr = 55 ns; TO-220AC package)
Stealth 8amp 1200v Ultra Soft Recovery (TO-263AB package)
IXYS 12A 1000V Ultrafast, Soft Recovery (FRED)Â
Epitaxial Diode (trr = 50 ns; TO-220AC package)
IXYS 15A 1200V Ultrafast, Soft Recovery (HiPerFRED)Â
Epitaxial Diode (trr = 40 ns; TO-220AC package)Â Â
If so, which of the 4 would be recommended?
