We're not running any caching. In fact, we're setting headers to not do caching.
ExpiresDefault "access plus 1 seconds"
ExpiresByType text/html "access plus 1 seconds"
No one else is having issues and I can't duplicate the problem. You might ask your network folks if they've made a change.
