What happened to my photo gallery?

It was working just last week. I know I donated last year. I want to put a photo in my gallery related to a post. Are the photos in my gallery gone for good? Do I need to donate again? Why did my gallery disappear within the past week without notification of some type? Is there any way to know when you are due to donate again?
