When did MFSL go digipack on SACD

Retailers, Manufacturers, ePay, AudiogoN, Paypal or whatever. Buying and selling advice.

I am a bit peeved at paying for a premium product and receiving digi packs. I did not see mention of this in the LP description etc... No Announcements etc... just pay your money and get what I consider an inferior product. It has been my experience over the years that CDs in books or cardboard sleeves ALWAYS end up with scratches. Not to mention that the cardboard covers will end up with MUCH MORE shelf ware than the jewel cases would have.

Wondering when this switch to poorer quality took place, It was always fun to get now MFSL pieces and see the care involved, with how everything was packaged. I guess those days are gone................

I voiced this same dis pleasure with them on their site, will see if they have anything to say. Rest assured they got their last dime from me. Might as well buy used............
