I decided this guy is just too much. Wants transformer shipped back. then will ship transformer. If he would ship first, I would return the transformer. 28 lbs back to his address is too expensive.
I will just keep the transformer he sent and move on. He is not RIPPED ME Off. Just a little perhaps senile.
