My friend ordered a CD in "Like New" condition, but received a cracked CD instead. He emailed him various times about returning the CD for a full refund, but the guy completely ignored them and wanted him to keep it as is. Then he accused him of trying to get a free CD and became aggressive about it. At the end, my friend filed a claim at Amazon and got his money back.

I don't know what this guys problem was but just avoid the headache and order from someone else.
