When you run into customer service that is above and beyond the norm I think spreading the word about that biz is important. A few months back I bought a battery for my Squeezebox Duet hand controller. Because Logitech no longer supplies these batteries I bought it from The Remote Shoppe on line. A few nights ago the battery quit taking a charge and the next AM I called TRS and told them the problem. That same day they sent out with 1ST CLASS mail a replacement for free, postage paid. It may not be very much money but it sure is a lot of the right attitude and customer care.
