I placed an order almost 2 months ago on Nov 1st.... I never received any definitive shipping information, even after multiple requests.... I was asked to wait until Dec 15th for them to arrive and my order never came.... now Bill Perkins refuses to refund my money as I am no longer interested in doing business with him or Pearl.... so now I have to go through the PayPal dispute process.... I would not buy a product from Pearl even if they guaranteed I would never have to buy another tube in my life.... DO NOT purchase anything from this company....
