The unit is clearly not in good condition and the serial number missing usually means it's hot , but thats the risk you take buying gear without seeing it first . You should expect that from time to time . As far as the seller leaving negative feedback all you can do is post your side of the story , and the unit not having a serial number should vindicate you in the eyes of others .
