Single Ended Triodes (SETs), the ultimate tube lovers dream.

Long shot, and I do honestly hate to ask questions like this, but anyone have an opinion on these amps?

Can a KT150 in triode sound as delightful as a SE 300B?

(The 300B is my current favorite, in a sense, but I can never forget that one of the most sublime amplifiers I ever owned were the Audiopax monos - KT88s run as pentodes, parallel single-ended.)

I'm not interested in theory here (no offense), but in opinions from hearing the amp.
