Any advice on dimensions and construction considerations for an addition. I will be moving my audio system to the basement.We are adding an addition currently approximated to be 14W x 28L. We are working with the designer to prepare construction drawings. He will be preparing a 1st draft for our review within the next week with plans to have construction drawings ready for bid in 2-3 weeks. I'm not planning on a lavish HT environment as I listen to about 80% 2-channel. The basement doesn't need to be spec'd out "finished" as there isn't much time, however if there are construction considerations that I need to consider (ceiling height, floor, other???), would like to factor these in now.
