Off Subject: Avast Anti-virus Stealing money

Avast had gone rogue. They charged $106 to my PayPal account 6 weeks before my present subscription expires. They also started advertising to me at 4 weeks before subscription expires a $60 renewal fee, not $106. I never paid via PayPal, somehow they entered my account and set up auto payment to steal the $106. I never have any vendor on auto pay.
I requested a refund and they have not refunded anything in over a week as promised.

There is a site called Avast complaints on the internet that have many that reported the company is stealing money. Being in the USA, nothing you can do as Avast is a Ukraine based company.
