Yes, it's possible, Wellfed, that we are placebo addicts, but I doubt it. I know that the power of suggestion can sometimes get me 'high' but not repeatedly from the same 'source'. Once, my X wife gave me a vitamin C tablet (this was about 35 years ago and told me it was dexedrine(sp?). I believed her and got high and had a hangover from it too. So what? It wouldn't work over a period of time. Now, could I (personally) have been fooled at the CES? Yes, because I only tried it twice, BUT everyone else who was there heard it too, and stands behind it, and you (Wellfed) has tried it many times with success.
I have friends who have NOT heard a difference, but they don't go on about it being impossible to be real. That is prejudice: "Condemnation without examination". That's my opinion anyway.
