Pro-sound drivers, especially inexpensive ones, don't have specs that allow them to deliver low bass in small cabinets. Also, you have to know the frequency that your enclosure is tuned to to match the driver specs to the box. But with such a small box the point is likely moot. For anything approaching true subwoofer performance with high efficiency about 8 cubic feet is the minimum box size. An Eminence Delta 15 LF is probably the least expensive driver worth considering.
