Bass vs. keyboard amps

So I'm a DJ/Turntablist and need some sound to take to gigs with me. I don't always play in venues with giant systems to plug into (most times I'm in jazz clubs and lounges actually) so I need something I can count on to have kick but also sound smooth if I have to bring my own PA. I was looking at some products by Orange but they don't make keyboard amps. Just bass and guitar. Does anyone have experience with running full range music through bass amps? Will they sound as good as a keyboard amp?
