If you are saying the monitors are 10' behind the mics and aiming
towards the front then there is your feedback issue
Your blowing the monitors straight into the mics
You need to have the monitors in front of the singers and mics and preferably on the floor as the other guy mentioned
Keep in mind that the human body and face are simply a reflection of
waveforms and thats when you get into feedback also
Placing a monitor right next to the face and mic can cause you grief
Especially aiming down off the ceiling..YIKES
As mentioned by the other poster you want get mics with hi feedback
rejection and that would be a cardiod or hyper cardiod pattern
Im not gonna comment on the Bose but you can make it work with
a situation without a loud stage volume
There is just fundamentals in placement of a monitor system and mics
to limit problems with gain
You can just go with a graphic Eq (minimum of 15 bands per side)
Simply cut the feedback regions with a graph
