Go with the Juli@.
It is the card that CMP2 (Cmp+ cplay) is based on, sounds great and is very reliable. Many people own it here so help is very close if needed.
And with cmp, there is no convenience difference between cplay or foobar or anything else unless the player has some plugin not found in another player.
Cmp is the gui, and the chosen player just plays....
