You can find a link to the ASIO dll at the Foobar2000 site. What you'll have to manually transfer the dll to the Foobar subdirectory under Program Files in Windows.
Then, start up Foobar and then add your ASIO driver(s) into Foobar and configure them. Be aware that some ASIO drivers will cause Foobar to report that it can't connect in some way. You'll have to go into your ASIO driver and mess around with the sampling frequency to get it to work.
It took me some time to figure this out as the error messages are quite vague as to exactly what's happening.
BTW, I'm using Foobar to stream all sorts of really cool internet streaming stations via ASIO to my new-to-me Presonus Firestation. Its quite impressive.
