Interesting. Thanks for posting.

I did some research and learned that the firmware update is RoonReady for the Aries Mini. This should allow the Aries Mini to act as a Roon end-point. I -assume- this also means the Roon App on a tablet or smartphone should be able to control library navigation and playback.

Since the Aries Mini includes a built-in DAC with RCA audio outputs it could make a decent streamer/DAC combo.... probably not 'high-end' but perhaps a nice 2nd system.
