I couldn't help but notice your 6SN7's. The tubes on the right have metal bases, the tubes on the left have brown bases, the front most tubes are a third (matched?) type.
I do not know if what I am about to say is correct, but I think I am on the right track. I sometimes have a hard time explaining what is in my head, but I will try. Because the unit is a dual mono? type, and the second tube from the front faceplate is the next most important tube, each channel (Left & Right) should have your next best matched pair inserted into these locations (are these your brown bases, or metal?). The tube behind that going towards the back is the next most important spot. Your next best matched pair should go there, one either side. The tubes on the left side of each PCB board are not that important. Remaining tubes go there, any order.
