I bought 20 or so 12SX7's from Halfin about 18 months ago and paid 14.00 each. The transaction was smooth and the tubes arrived safely. I had some GE's that I bought from Mark Gilmore some time back, so I bough more of these from Halfin. It seems, though, folks really like the RCA's. Interestingly, I bought a small cache of 12SN7's off of eBay for a song, and they are physically identical to the 12SX7's--same manufacturer, vintage, and Canadian factory! They measure the same, and as far as am concerned sound the same. I have tried in vain to find more of these 12SN7's. Anyway, Halfin is a reputable company. When I ordered, they told me they had about 700 12SX7's in stock at that time.William
