I don't understand why someone would want to use these with an OTL. With an OTL, the point is to have nothing between output tube and speaker but wire (with a full-range driver, nothing between tube and driver!). Put in a transformer, and it's in effect no longer an OTL. If your OTL can't drive your speaker properly, don't you need another speaker (or a transformer-coupled amp)? Anyway, most OTLs now are just fine with 8 ohm speakers (some can drive 4 ohms!).
