I don't know of any reason Kara would have a problem with the TV7, but why don't you send her an e-mail inquiry? If you use the tester to decide whether to buy or reject expensive NOS tubes, then it makes sense to have it calibrated. If all you want is to ensure triode sections are reasonably matched, then it may not be worth the shipping and service charges.
