You have to match the Atma-Sphere amp/bandor array to whatever amp/speaker combination is producing the bass. If you have a subwoofer with separate level control, this is not an issue. If you have to pad one set of amps, then the following can get a little complicated.I recommend using the smallest value Teflon capacitor you can get away with in front of the M-60s, with the input resistor adjusted as necessary to get the corner frequency you want. You can combine an attenuation function with this simple network to achieve the level match as well as the corner frequency, as long as you calculate the correct equivalent resistance.
This will be much cleaner than any speaker-level capacitor.
