Yes, but how does it affect the sound in the listening room? For a chair with minimal sonic signature, I haven't found anything better than a canvas director's chair ---- I wonder, if green velvet under the components helps the sound, should I get green canvas for my chair? (My boss thinks audiophiles are a little strange. I don't know what he'll think if he reads this exchange.)
