That is why I sent you the procedure, so you can follow it to make sure you are checking the bias correctly. Are you disconnecting the preamp? I am not sure if your new amps are upgraded to include the new switch so you don't have to disconnect the speaker wires, but make sure that is depressed when checking the bias. (two mini toggles on the face indicated that you have that feature, others will only have the bias toggle). If not, you need to remove the one speaker wire and connect it to the third speaker connector.
Can you zero out the DC Offset? Map out what you are doing and we can better help.
