The M-60 is only spec'ed to do 45 watts into 4 ohms, so I don't think this would be a good match for your woofers. The MA-1 could do very well into your woofers. Which brings me to question. Is there some particular reason you need to bi-amp? Your MA-1s should have no problem driving all your speakers at once. In fact, with your speaker's sensitivity, you should do very well. I don't believe a second amplifier would have any sonic benefits. In fact, a solid-state amp may well give you less accurate bass from overdampening your woofers. True, I don't know what kind of woofers you have and I don't know their critical dampening impedance. You may want to check out Tomcik's article to learn more about how to get the best bass from your system.
