I can't suggest resistor values for you. It might be best if you calculate them yourself. First you need to measure the voltage gain without feedback and decide how much feedback you want to add.Suppose you have a gain of 20. With one volts in, you'll have 20 volts on the output. Your resistors will need to divide this output voltage by 20 to 1 and then feed this back into the input stage, via a 2:1 divider, to reduce the gain by half. This is half the voltage gain, so it's 6 dB.
You must be sure you keep each half of the circlotron's feedback in phase of you'll create a very high power oscillator. Let's hope I haven't lead you astray.
Hey, what do I know. I'd rather do without feedback and find myself a woofer that will match the output impedance of my amplifier in terms of critical dampening.
