Something is very seriously wrong here. The V2 pin 1 & 4 voltages
should be within a few volts, as in the other chassis. The
first half (of V1 and V2 together) is desperately trying to
pull enough current, and is certainly pulling massive grid
current in V1. The other half is pulling much less current.
Try the connections of the resistors at these pins, and check
the resistor values (I think they are supposed to be 100K, though
I could be wrong).DON'T put any expensive tubes in until this is sorted!
