Thanks for the info, Travis. I am in the process of resurrecting my system which is why I'm rekindling my interest for the Atma-Spheres. I just sold my Vandersteen 3a's because of space limitations in my current house near Rice. I have a pair of B&W CDM-1 SE, a McCormack DNA-0.5 (Revison A upgrade), and a McCormack TLC-1 preamp. I have a Meridian 508.20 which I'm probably going to get upgraded when I send it to the factory for repair of the laser pickup (it occasionally mistracks and/or POPS!). I'm using DH Silver Sonic interconnects and biwire speaker cables. The McCormack amp/pre are exceptionally detailed, quite and dynamic. I'll keep these pieces, along with the speakers, to use in a second system someday. Eventually, I'll move and have more room at which time I can get some larger floor standing speakers to use with the M60s. I am also interested in experimenting with an outboard electronic crossover, such as the Marchand tube crossover. Finally, I have about
8-900 CD's and growing, mostly jazz.thanks,
