Gorgeous, man! I have Musicasters and they're more beat-up, but they can sound better than they have any right to sound sometimes, too. Depending on the sp8 and what day, 94-95dB seems about the best that can be done. I've wondered often what possible candidates for replacement might even be in this world where what used to be commodity drivers are now boutique as well. BetsyK's maybe? The world could use more sp8b's and c's if ya ask me...
