I don't know of any 100 by 100 horns in current production for individual sale other than the P-Audio 1.5 inch throat butt-cheeks horn. They also make a 1" throat 90 by 90 butt-cheeks horn.You mentioned that the P-Audio horn "measures worse because it has a wider slot". Do you have a link to any polar plots of the P-Audio horns? I would very much like to see them.
I use the DDS 90 degree waveguide mentioned by freddyi in a couple of my designs. It starts to lose directional control below about 1500 Hz.
How low did you want to cross over?
Are you specifically looking for a constant-directivity horn?
