Efficiency can be confusing as 1 watt can mean different volts input depending on the impedance of the driver.
I propose a sensitivity rating in dB@2.8V
This would assume 1 meter distance and an input of 2.83V which is equivalent to 1 watt for an 8ohm load.
Impedance could be considered as a separate issue.
